Q: Does ProTech Group offer a exam pass guarantee for certification courses?
A: ProTech Group offers a 120 day exam pass guarantee. You must call us after you finish a course and download our exam prep software prior to taking the acutal exam. You must obtain 95% on our prep exam and you are guaranteed to pass the real exam on your first attempt. If you fail the actual exam twice, within 120 days, you will receive a 100% refund.

Q: Do I get a 30 day money back guarantee?
A: Yes. Some online training companies require you to fail the exam twice before a refund a issued. If you dont feel that the course you purchased is satisfactory, just call within 30 days of login for a full 100% refund.
